- The tour runs on all days of the week from 9 AM to before sunset.
- Please note for the Gyrocopter flight the age should be 17 years old or older and the Weight should be 100 kg or less.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
- Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.

- Please present your Passport or Emirates ID for verification before the flight.
- A professional safety briefing will be provided before departure.
- Hotel transfers are not included. Private transfers for 1–5 guests can be arranged at an additional cost.

- Flights are subject to weather, visibility, and operational conditions. If required, your booking can be rescheduled.
- This activity is not recommended for guests with heart conditions, serious back or knee problems, recent major surgery, or a fear of heights.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Bookings are subject to availability. If your selected time slot is unavailable, an alternative slot or a full refund will be offered.

- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles.
