- This activity is not suitable for guests with serious heart conditions, back or knee problems, recent major surgery, or a fear of heights.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from flying.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. High heels are not permitted.
- Large or heavy luggage is not allowed during the activity.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles.
