Cancellation & Refund Policy | Majestic Travel Tourism

At Majestic Travel Tourism, we value your trust and understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair, while covering the arrangements made for your booking.

1. General Tours & Activities (City Tours, Safaris, Cruises, Sea Adventures, etc.)
72 hours or more before tour date: Full refund (excluding bank/transfer charges).
48 – 72 hours before tour date: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before tour date or No-Show: No refund will be issued.

2. Luxury Yachts, Private Dining & Special Events (including New Year Packages)
7 days or more before event/tour date: Full refund (excluding bank/transfer charges).
3 – 7 days before event/tour date: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before event/tour date or No-Show: No refund will be issued.

3. Theme Parks & Sky Adventures
All bookings for Theme Parks (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Parks, Global Village, Glow Garden, Dubai Frame, etc.) and Sky Adventures (Sky Diving, Hot Air Balloon, Helicopter & Seaplane Tours) are strictly non-refundable.
All sales are final and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once confirmed.
Some Tickets are not refundable, nor can be transfer to other date such as ( Burj Khalifa, Ferrari, & other parks in Dubai ). To change Tickets kindly inform us 10 days prior to tour date

4. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, government restrictions, technical issues, or safety concerns), Majestic Travel Tourism reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your booking. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date/tour option (except for non-refundable services).

5. Methods of Payment We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be done by credit card, or Cash collection from hotel or online transfer to company Bank account.

6. Confirmation of Payment Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Bank, transfer, or credit card processing fees (if any) will be borne by the guest.

If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge) for refunding the money back
Please note that gift tours or birthday tour package both are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Book Majestic Travel Tourism.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, fax, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Book Majestic Travel Tourism cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
