- Maximum of 5 passengers are allowed in Dubai Helicopter Tours.
- Passengers' who exceed 140 KG weight limit will not be permitted to fly.
- Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
- Pregnant women can fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy OR at their own risk.
- The maximum weight limit is Max 110 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
- A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.
- This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

- Cancellation made between 72 and 48 hours: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
