- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- All passengers should arrive at the Operation Location no less than 15 minutes prior to the trip time.
- If trips are rescheduled, a new date must be decided within 60 days from the original booking date.

- Suppose you are leaving your belongings at any place and on tour at that time. If your belongings get lost during that time, the company will not be responsible for your losses. It will be your responsibility if you forget your belongings like media equipment, wallets, valuable jewelry items, and other stuff. You will have no right of blaming our drivers and guides. Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to provide you with peace of mind:
- Cancellation made before 48 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
