- Please Note Jet Ski ride duration depend on your selected package wether it's 30 minutes or 60 minutes
- Storage area and changing rooms are available at the activity site
- Pick & Drop off is not Include in this package, Private Transport can be arrange with additional charges
- Children under 10 years will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.
- The tour runs on all days of the week from 9 AM to before sunset. It lasts for 60 minutes

- A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purposes.

- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- All passengers should arrive at the Operation Location no less than 15 minutes prior to the trip time.
- If trips are rescheduled, a new date must be decided within 60 days from the original booking date.

- please be aware that all tours are subject to a review of the weather conditions. In the event of bad weather or rough sea conditions, you will be informed of any changes to your booking as soon as possible.

- Suppose you are leaving your belongings at any place and on tour at that time. If your belongings get lost during that time, the company will not be responsible for your losses. It will be your responsibility if you forget your belongings like media equipment, wallets, valuable jewelry items, and other stuff. You will have no right of blaming our drivers and guides. You will be responsible for your property.

This policy ensures that your spot is reserved, and our team can prepare to provide you with the best possible experiences.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to provide you with peace of mind:
- Cancellation made before 48 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
