We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to provide you with peace of mind:
Cancellation made before 48 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours: You will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

Please be aware that dune bashing can be a bit too adventurous for expectant mothers and infants. Therefore, we highly recommend that pregnant women and families with infants opt for comfort by waiting in our dedicated air-conditioned waiting area. The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

If you have half a day or more to spare in Dubai during your cruise, book a tour adventure with us. Pickup can be done from Cruise Terminal or Port Rashid, Dubai.
For tour during flight stopover a pick and drop location outside the airport will be scheduled.
