Suppose you are leaving your belongings at any place and on tour at that time. If your belongings get lost during that time, the company will not be responsible for your losses. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to provide you with peace of mind:
Cancellation made before 48 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours: You will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

Please be aware that dune bashing can be a bit too adventurous for expectant mothers and infants. Therefore, we highly recommend that pregnant women and families with infants opt for comfort by waiting in our dedicated air-conditioned waiting area. The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
If you have half a day or more to spare in Dubai during your cruise, book a tour adventure with us. Pickup can be done from Cruise Terminal or Port Rashid, Dubai.
For tour during flight stopover a pick and drop location outside the airport will be scheduled.
