Camel Rock is one of the most fascinating natural attractions in Dubai and so we have decided to build an adventure around it. Also known as Jebel Maleihah or Fossil Rock, Camel Rock is a monolith that looms over the desert that is studded with fossils, some of which are believed to date back more than eighty million years. It is located around an hour from Dubai, just off the Hatta Road.

Our Camel Rock Desert Safari starts with dune bashing at the site in a SUV 4x4 off-road New Vehicle as well as a sightseeing tour. For your safety, the dune bashing is conducted by one of our experienced and licensed drivers. We also offer Quad Biking and Sand Boarding as options upon your request. And once the sun sets, you can have your photo taken against the towering backdrop of Castle Rock as a souvenir of your adventure.
When evening falls, we will continue the adventure at our desert camp, where you can enjoy a luxurious buffet dinner of international cuisine, with delicious barbecue as the featured dish. We also provide complimentary refreshments such as unlimited coffee and tea, with cold water and soft drinks also available. After supper, you can avail of a henna tattoo session or you can dress up in traditional Arabian garb for a photo opportunity. We also invite you to avail of a camel ride, so that you can experience what it’s like riding on the back of one of these “ships of the desert”. - The desert can be warm during the day, so lightweight and breathable clothing is recommended. Don't forget to wear sunscreen and a hat to protect yourself from the sun. As for the evening, when the desert breeze turns a little chilly, a light jacket or shawl will keep you cozy.
Responsibility
- Suppose you are leaving your belongings at any place and on tour at that time. If your belongings get lost during that time, the company will not be responsible for your losses. It will be your responsibility if you forget your belongings like media equipment, wallets, valuable jewelry items, and other stuff. You will have no right of blaming our drivers and guides. You will be responsible for your property.
Strollers
- The guests are not allowed to put strollers in the vehicles. If you want to do so, you will have to inform us beforehand and make a reservation for it as well.

- To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests and to prevent no-shows that can impact our operations, we now require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking.
- Only advance payment bookings will be considered as confirmed reservations. Once you've made your reservation, our dedicated team will promptly send you the payment link for the 50% advance confirmation. This policy ensures that your spot is reserved, and our team can prepare to provide you with the best possible experience in the Dubai desert.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to provide you with peace of mind:
- Cancellation made before 48 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
IMP Note
- Please be aware that dune bashing can be a bit too adventurous for expectant mothers and infants. Therefore, we highly recommend that pregnant women and families with infants opt for comfort by waiting in our dedicated air-conditioned waiting area. Here, you can relax, and ensure the well-being of both mother and child.
- Rest assured, our team is here to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience in the Dubai desert. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
- If you have half a day or more to spare in Dubai during your cruise, book a tour adventure with us. Pickup can be done from Cruise Terminal or Port Rashid, Dubai.
- For tour during flight stopover a pick and drop location outside the airport will be scheduled.
- There won't be any Entertainment shows during the month of Ramadan.
