- You will receive an email confirmation with your mobile voucher instantly. There is no need to print the same.
- A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purposes.
- The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the available slots and provide any updates regarding the dining.
- Your table will be booked at 05:30 PM and will only be blocked for 15 minutes. Please be at the restaurant by 05:15 PM
- Dress code: Casual (Jeans, shorts, skirts, dresses, T-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, sneakers, or sandals. The UAE national dress is welcome.)
- Menus are subject to change without prior notice.
- A maximum of 50 people can book this activity.
- Be ready in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time and allow for a 30-minute buffer as traffic or road conditions might cause delays. If you have any concerns after booking, feel free to call our customer service hotline listed on your e-voucher for assistance.

- Burj Al Arab is the original home of luxury - Dress to impress. Smart/casual attire and tailored shorts are allowed. No beachwear.
- Food and beverages from outside of the premises are not allowed.
- A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

It will be your responsibility if you forget your belongings like media equipment, wallets, valuable jewelry items, and other stuff. You will have no right of blaming our drivers and guides. You will be responsible for your property.
