- On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
- Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
- Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- If you have half a day or more to spare in Dubai during your cruise, book a tour adventure with us. Pickup can be done from Cruise Terminal or Port Rashid, Dubai.
- For tour during flight stopover a pick and drop location outside the airport will be scheduled.
- If you are staying at Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, or Dubai Parks hotels, you must choose the private transfer option.
